This may not be the best time for the former Nigeria minister of education, Mr. Kenneth Gbagi as Federal government has perfectes arrangements to arraign his workers on 30th November, 2020 on five count charge bothering on cyber-stalking, trauma, public hatred.

According to the charge sheet sighted with charge number FHC/ASB/39C/2020 which has Federal Government of Nigeria as complainant while Victoria Ogidiagba (F) 45 years, Ikechukwu Kingsley Ndukwu (M) 37 years and others at large as Defendants respectively.

As sighted by our source count 1 of the charge sheet reads ” That you, Victoria Ogidiagba, Ikechukwu Kingsley Ndukwu and others at large on the 18th September, 2020 at Signatious Hotel &Suites, Effurun conspired among yourselves to commit a felony to-with Cyber Stalking, contrary to section 27 (1) punishable under section 27 (2) and 49 of the Cyber crimes Act 2015.”

Credible sources revealed that Delta government have also perfected arrangements to slam Victoria Ogidiagba, Ikechukwu Kingsley Ndukwu and other at large with ten Counts charge bothering on conspiracy to commit kidnapping, armed robbery among other holding charges.

It would be recalled that Mr. Kenneth Gbagi was declared wanted by police, after evading Delta State Police commissioner’s invitations on several occasions. Since then, the former minister have been on the run to avoid the wrath of Police.

Police had recently hinted that Gbagi must be prosecuted, following his involvement in the incident that took place in his hotel situated in Effurun, Delta State.
