Okowa won 2019 election four years ago says Omoko

Prominent Urhobo youth leader and National President, youth wing of Urhobo Progress Union, UPU worldwide, the apex Urhobo socio-cultural group, Comr. Nicholas Omoko has disclosed that Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa won his 2019 reelection bid four years ago.

The Urhobo youth leader stated this on Thursday while addressing journalists in Warri after meeting with youths of Urhobo explained that Gov. Okowa won his 2019 election the day he made youths partners of his administration, which has endeared Delta youths to take the governor's second term bid as their project.

Omoko also hinted that Gov. Okowa has empowered more youths in his administration than any other governor the State has ever produced while calling on all Delta youths to support Okowa reelection.

According to the Urhobo youth leader, Okowa has empowered over 3000 youths either by appointment, skill acquisition or scholarship to students of Delta origin hence Delta youths want him back to the State Government House.

He noted that Delta youths contributed 80 percent of eligible voters in the State urged party leaders to focus on the youths than empowering those that cannot even win their unit but are given juicy positions. He however assured that Okowa second term in office would bring more dividend of democracy.
