Missing 500KVA Generator: Delsuth CMD in trouble as Board set for probe, to summon CMD soon

Sunreporters-Following the alleged sudden disappearance of 500KVA generating plant in Delsuth, the institution board led Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen has perfected plans to probe how the said generator disappeared from the hospital.

This was disclosed to our correspondent by board member of the hospital after the institution board meeting yesterday Tuesday, 19/2/2019, held in the institution, explained that the board has resolved to summon the institution Chief Medical Director, Mr. Onome Ogueh to explain the circumstances surrounding the alleged disappearance of said 500KVA, because the explanation given by Ogueh to the board Chairman, Chris Oghenechovwen in a private meeting was not satisfactory.

According to the board, the CMD need to explain in details while appealing to sunreporters not to rope the institution board into the alleged sales of the generator, stressed that the Board knew nothing about the alleged sales of the said Plant, assured that justice would be done.

On the precise date on when the CMD would appear before board, he said it would be
after the election, hinted that  the board would write to the Governor through the commissioner of health to suspend the CMD if he could not explain how the said disappeared from hospital.

Dependable sources within the hospital informed our correspondent that the institution board would deal with the CMD following his fight against their stay which the governor ignored and order that statuo-quo remains, the governor's position was made by the State commissioner of health in an enlarged meeting of the ministry.

Sources with the hospital informed our correspondent that the said blue in colour 500KVA plant went missing from the hospital late last year, but unconfirmed report stated that the CMD told some staff of the hospital that the said 500KVA was sold by Ministry not the institution management.
