Hope rises as Seadogs, Pyrate confraternity proffers solution to road accident

As part of effort to reduce road accident in Nigeria, traffic expert has identified proper training of drivers, adherence to road signs and registration of qualified instructors as solution to accident free society.

This was the submission of a traffic expert who doubles as the Director-General, Delta State Traffic Management Authourity, Mr. Stephen Dieseruvwe among others who spoke during a lecture organized by National Association of Seadogs, NAS, Asaba branch at the weekend at Nelrose hotel expressed concern for road accident in the country.

The Vito Corsica Deck Capoon of Seadogs, Asaba branch, Capn. Oghenekaro Ukavbe explained that the body decided to choose the topic “Driver Education; a means of reducing road traffic crashes” for this year lecture of the annual Feast of Barracuda, FOB to educate members of the public, especially drivers on ways to reduce road accident.

While expressing confidence on the Guest Speaker who according Vito Corsica Deck Capoon was eminently qualify to give justice to the subject-matter. The Deck Capoon added.
